California isn't one climate — it's several, often within the same county. A Bay Area or LA-basin slab deals with coastal marine-layer moisture and vapor-barrier behavior that a Central Valley slab rarely sees, while Central Valley and Inland Empire heat push a coating differently than the coast does, and higher-elevation jobs bring freeze-thaw cycling into the picture. We spec surface prep, primer, and topcoat chemistry to the region a job is actually in, not a single statewide default.
Every project starts with a free on-site or facility assessment and a specific written quote, not a generic per-square-foot number — because a coating is only as good as the surface prep and system underneath it.
